Procrastination is something everyone encounters to some degree. I have always been a person who completes assigned tasks as quickly as possible. This allows me time to make changes if I chose to do so, without risking failure to meet a deadline. This book gives some excellent examples of situational procrastination and examines what caused the procrastinator to make no effort to meet the deadline. I believe everyone will find at least one of the examples will fit something within their own lives, that causes them grief.Facing those tasks that are undesirable and making an effort to manage them in small bits, right away, is the only way to make steady progress toward their eventual completion. This book is a fast read, full of sensible ideas and suggestions. I liked the easy, conversational tone the book is written with, it doesn't make me feel spoken down to or judged by elitist standards. I rate this self-help guide highly, 5 stars, I hope many people make an effort to read it and apply the suggestions given. Procrastination affects everyone and everything negatively and we have the power to make a difference, read this book!

Procrastination How To Get Things Done Achieve Goals Productivity Focus Execution eBook John Partan Reviews
This book has good information why we do it, how we do it; and ways to change. Unfortunately, the editing step was either skipped, or performed by a non-native speaker.
This is a rather solid book. The tips in this book are tips that I've heard before in regards to procrastination but it is always a nice reminder to read these things. Organization and planning things ahead of time are the two main things I took away from this book. Simple yet effective because I do not do either too much, even though I know I should. Stress builds and it is a vicious cycle like the book says. Staying on top of the tasks in your life is the most important way to avoid procrastination and stress.
It's nice to know that I'm not alone in my feelings on this subject. That's half the battle to me, right there. Feeling like I was the only one who struggled with this kept me in guilt and shame; I felt horrible, so I did nothing. Just knowing that I'm not alone in this has been great motivation for me. I've given myself permission to take baby steps and be proud of it. It has broken me out of my procrastination shell doing a little is better than doing nothing (because you feel overwhelmed or not-good-enough or whatever). So glad to have found this book!
With this powerful book, you can overcome perfectionism, end anxiety and stress, and improve your self-esteem. It’s time to kick your procrastination habit today. This book is enough for changing your life. I found this book very helpful. I will definitely recommend this book. Thanks John.
I can relate with what the book has cited as examples in showing what procrastination is. And I think everyone can relate to it since we all have moments where procrastination gets in our way. I find the book significantly useful and helpful. Thanks to the tips and suggestions provided here in order to combat and overcome procrastination and be more organized, focus and productive!

It provides useful tips to help you to stop procrastinating and start living your life more fully. And if you want to then you can learn much more about becoming more productive and more focused most specially minimizing stress. so if you want change then this book is the right one for you!
